Service Refresh Token Setup
Use a dedicated Tripleseat service account. Generate tokens, copy the refresh token snippet, and place it
in server .env.
Click Start OAuth Setup.
Authorize with the service user in Tripleseat.
Reveal and copy the TRIPLESEAT_SERVICE_REFRESH_TOKEN snippet.
Paste into server .env, then validate.
No pending token setup.

Provider Connection
This page is restricted to the Tripleseat customer administrator. The connection is stored encrypted on
the server and is shared by read-only event sync and user sessions.
Clears runtime caches and queues a full event workspace rebuild for background processing. This does not
replace the scheduled read-model sync jobs.
